Some of our beloved young adult rats are being adopted out to be forever spoiled in pet homes. We love all of our rats and hate to give them up, but in order for us to stay a small rattery we must do this ocassionally to make room for new babies and incoming rats who will help better and further our lines. All adults are healthy and very loving. They can go home with eachother or with a baby or two. Please check out our "Available Adults" page.

 Rats make the best pets!!

Rats are loving, intelligent little creatures. They are very easy to care for and relatively inexpensive to keep. They can be trained to respond to their names, use a litter box and even do tricks. Unlike many other "pocket pets", rats enjoy being with their people.  My rats are bred to have excellent temperments and are not biters, making them a wonderful pet for responsible children and adults alike.

Males make wonderful pets and are especially recommended for children over females. The males are larger and much more mellow, making them easier to handle and cuddle with. All of my rats are on Marshall's Bio-Odor, which breaks down waste from the inside, practically eliminating the smell of both males and females.
